DFS · Projections & accountability

Fantasy picks you can audit.

Weekly projections, past-week results, and a verification guide that grades us on the same ledger the picks were published to. The numbers start at zero — and stay honest from there.

Projections are written before the week and never edited after kickoff. Graded results come from the same ledger, so the accuracy guide can only ever show what we actually published.

THIS WEEK · PROJECTIONS

Weekly projections board

Week 1 projections publish before kickoff

Projections post after the final injury report of the week, ranked by position with a written note on every call. Once live, they are locked — the ledger never edits a pick after kickoff.

PAST WEEKS · RESULTS

How the picks actually did

No completed weeks yet

The results ledger fills as weeks conclude — every graded pick, hit and miss, scored straight from the published projections. Until then, this space stays empty rather than invented.

VERIFICATION · HOW WE GRADE OURSELVES

The accuracy & verification guide

GRADING

We grade only what we recommend

Only picks ranked inside the top 10 at their position are graded. A hit means the player finished inside the actual top 10 at that position.

HIT RATE

Every top-10 pick grades

Hits divided by graded picks, reported per week and for the season. No cherry-picking: every published top-10 pick grades, including injuries and surprises.

ERROR

Points error, not just ranks

Mean absolute error in fantasy points between projection and actual, across every pick where both sides published. Reported alongside hit rate because ranks and points measure different kinds of right.

BIAS

Persistent leans get flagged

The aggregate signed error — whether we lean high or low on projections. An even lean is the goal; a persistent lean is a correction we owe you.

LEDGER

One ledger, no rewrites

Projections are written before the week and never edited after kickoff. Graded results come from the same ledger, so the accuracy guide can only ever show what we actually published.

Corrections follow the site-wide policy — a materially wrong projection is corrected in writing, never silently. See corrections and the methodology.
